Please note that shipping carriers are doing their best to get packages delivered on time, but are experiencing some delays.
In addition, we are taking necessary precautions and following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our team and customers. As a result there may be slight delays to the normal ship times listed below due to these precautions, but please know we are doing everything in our power to still get things out in a timely manner.
Contiguous United States: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.In stock orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and typically ship out within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Alaska:Your shipping options will show at checkout.
Hawaii:Your shipping options will show at checkout.
Sales:When purchasing during a sale or holiday, please allow an extra few days for your order to ship as we will have more orders than usual to ship.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Whick Reserve ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Whick Reserve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
